Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
